Booking procedure it's really very easy: you can made a pre-booking form by clicking Pay Pal  button "add to cart / aggiungi al carrello" and follow the instructions.

It's a secure system payment https PAY PAL: only if room's are available you will see an authorized charge.

We kindly reminds that we require a minimum stay of two nights.

The rooms can not be reserved before the booking procedure is secured with the confirmation of payment.  Choose one of the following options:

  1.  PayPal - directly from the site in safe mode https (Credit cards);

  2.  with charging POSTEPAY no. 4023600443805603 at any italian post office (on request);

  3.  payment by bank transfer to reach at least 7 days prior to arrival (only on request IBAN: IT27 O056 9654 6100 0000 3004 X29, BIC/SWIFT:POSOIT22).

 Normally requires a minimum stay of two nights. 

 For two consecutive nights, especially during the high season, please contact one week before the required period or a few days before: we will do our best to  confirm within 24 hours in case of availability.  

 

Arrival (Check-In)   from 14:00 hours to 22:00 hours

For the Last Minute before 21:30 hours

Departure (Check Out) within hours 11:00

In case of delay till 2 hours you may be charged 50% daily fee,

over 2 hours an additional day fee.

 Canceling reservations:

 1.  Within the 7 days of arrivals 100% of booking fee;

2.  Between 14 and 8 days 50% of booking fee;

3. Before 15 days of arrivals we may give back the amount payed but not Euro 10.00 per person plus 5.00 Euro for administrative expenses if we will be able to rent the rooms.

 4. Those who have booked through last minute arrangements are warned that the payment is not refundable and the reservation is cancelled in case the guests arrive later than 21:30.

 5. We we will do our best to rent the room, in this case, we probably can offer a partial refund of point 2. " Cancellation of reservations".
